The plastic granulator has to bear all kinds of dynamic loads since it was put into production. Due to the influence of working transmission wear, corrosion of molten materials and decomposition gas, environmental pollution and operation method error, the working performance and efficiency of the equipment will change or slightly decrease after working for a period of time. Maintain the equipment to keep its working performance and production efficiency in a normal state for a long time, so as to improve economic benefits.
The maintenance of plastic granulator can be divided into daily work maintenance and regular (monthly, quarterly, annual) maintenance.
The daily maintenance of the plastic granulator refers to the maintenance and inspection of the plastic granulator by the operators of each production shift in the normal production of the plastic granulator. For example, after taking over the shift, add lubricating oil to the equipment, tighten the loose nuts, and scrub the oil stains on the equipment. These works are also part of the operating procedures of the plastic granulator, so the operators of the plastic granulator carefully implement the operating procedures. To operate according to the requirements of production operation sequence is one of the contents of better equipment maintenance.
Key points of daily maintenance of plastic granulator
① . check the pure process quality of raw materials frequently. No particles, metal powder and other foreign matters are allowed to enter into the machine tool.
② Regularly check all lubricating parts and add lubricating oil. The temperature rise of bearing parts shall not exceed 50 ℃.
③ . the machine has enough heating constant temperature time, and it is not allowed to start production when the raw material is lower than the process temperature.
④ . when the screw is working, start it at a low speed and work for a period of time, and lift it away from the screw speed after all works normally.
⑤ When there is no material in the barrel, the screw is not allowed to run idly for a long time, and the idling time of the screw is not allowed to exceed 2-3min.
⑥ Frequently observe the swing change of the pointer of the ammeter of the screw driven motor. If the motor is overloaded for a long time (allowing instantaneous overload), stop the machine immediately. Find out the cause of the fault and continue production after troubleshooting.
⑦ . after the barrel is heated to the process temperature for the first time, the connecting and fixing bolts between the shell and the base shall be tightened one time.
⑧ . when installing the mold and screw, the contact surface of the parts shall be clean, and the fastening bolts without any foreign matters shall be coated with a layer of silicone oil to facilitate the disassembly of the parts. During disassembly, it is not allowed to knock the surface of parts with a heavy hammer. If necessary, hardwood shall be padded and the parts shall be dismantled by knocking hardwood with a hammer.
Note: when removing the scraps on the machine, screw and mould, only use a bamboo copper knife to brush the scraps. It is not allowed to use a pot knife to scrape the sticky materials, and it is not allowed to use a fire to barbecue the screw to clean the scraps on the screw.
Key points of regular (monthly and quarterly) maintenance of plastic granulator
① . for the plastic granulator newly put into production, after the test run and production time reaches 500h, the new lubricating oil shall be replaced to remove the old lubricating oil; the filter screen, oil pipeline, oil cup and oil tank shall be cleaned, and then the new lubricating oil shall be added to the required oil quantity.
② Check the wear condition of carbon brush of DC motor once a month and replace it if necessary.
③ Clean and blow away the dust and dirt in the electric cabinet every season.
④ Quarterly (monthly) inspection - the oil quantity in the lubricating oil tank shall be replenished in time to meet the working requirements.
⑤ When the plastic granulator stops for a long time, the main parts (barrel, screw and mould, etc.) of the plastic granulator shall be protected against corrosion. Protection against pollution and heavy objects.
⑥ . screw, barrel and head of plastic granulator: materials are changed every time in mold production. The primary auxiliary equipment (downstream equipment) must be cleaned, and the lubricating oil and dust shall be filled in time.
Key points of annual maintenance of plastic granulator
① Check the eagle damage of V-belt and pulley in V-belt drive, and adjust the center distance of V-belt drive. Make the V-belt moderately tight; replace the severely worn V-belt.
② . exit the screw and check the wear of the machine and the screw. For the rough surface with slight scratch or appearance, polish it with oilstone or fine abrasive cloth to achieve flatness and smoothness: record the actual size of the inner hole and outer circle of the machine Jane and the screw.
③ Disassemble the gearbox and bearing gland, check the quality of lubricating oil and the content of metal powder in the oil, clean the lubricating parts if necessary, and replace the filtered lubricating oil.
④ . check the wear condition of transmission gear and rolling bearing. The gear with serious wear shall be surveyed. According to the needs, propose the spare parts manufacturing and purchase plan, and prepare for the next repair and replacement.
⑤ Check and correct the difference between the heating temperature (measured with mercury thermometer) of the machine tool and the temperature value displayed on the instrument of the control box to ensure the correct operation of the process temperature.
⑥ Adjust and test all safety alarm devices to check their accuracy and reliability.
⑦ Test and check whether the water, gas and oil pipelines are unobstructed, and clean and repair the leakage and blocking parts.
⑧ Check and adjust the working position of electric heating device, cooling fan and safety cover. Ensure that they work properly and effectively.
⑨ Record the specifications and models of oil seal, bearing and V-belt, and propose the spare parts purchase plan.
